Tasting with a Winemaker: The Dames Rose with Mireille Sauve

Mireille Sauve makes wine for a cause. All the profits from her Dames wines go to support Les Dames D'escoffier, an organization of women supporting women in the food and beverage industry.

Here she is tasting her Dames Rose, a blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir from the Okanagan valley in B.C. We've taken the liberty of using music and sound to try and evoke the experience of tasting her wine. Sit back, relax, and indulge.
